How long does shipping take?

If your order is received before 11am NZST, it will be shipped same day. If an order is received after 11am NZST, it is typically shipped on the next business day. All orders are fully trackable and are shipped via DHL Express or NZ Post depending on your order specifications. 

What is an e-cigarette?

An electronic cigarette, e-cigarette, e-cig or vaporizer is a battery-powered device that provides inhaled doses of nicotine or non-nicotine vaporized solution. In addition to potential nicotine delivery, this vapour also provides a flavour and physical sensation similar to that of inhaled tobacco smoke, while no smoke or combustion is actually involved in its operation.

Vapespot is a New Zealand Incorporated Company. All goods are shipped from our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand.

Providing high quality, genuine products is our promise to you. All of our pod vapes are either sourced direct from the manufacturer or through trusted suppliers. This ensures all Vapespot products are 100% authentic, Pods, Devices, Accessories and all!

How do I charge my vape?

There are two simple ways to charge your vape and charging to full battery.

  • Magnetic USB charging: a magnet is located at the base of the device that holds it into the USB charger
  • Micro USB charging: similar to how a phone charges this method inserts into the USB slot

How does my pod vape work?

Pod based vapes use an intelligent closed loop temperature-controlled algorithm that delivers the perfect amount of power to the vape every time. Typically, the pod liquid is heated using a ceramic coil to ensure the vapour taste is not altered.

Do pods have an expiry date?

As your pods age you may experience a flavour decrease, this generally occurs after one year. Pods do not have an expiry date, but the overall experience is best if used within one year of purchase. To extend the life of your pod it is best they are stored at room temperature where they are kept dry and in the original sealed compartments. When not in use, pods should always be recapped.

Can I refill my pods?

No, unfortunately Vapespot do not offer refillable products. However, you can stay up to date with the newest additions to our range via our mailing list. For health and safety reasons please do not attempt to open or refill your pods.

My pod is leaking, how do I fix this?

There are a couple of reasons that your Pod may begin to leak

  1. Minor leaking may occur from altitude changes such as being in a plane
  2. Minor leaking may occur from Humidity
  3. When juice is pulled into the air path from aggressive puffing, simply try to puff more gently
  4. Pressure on the pod as you puff e.g biting or squeezing, simply try to relax your mouth
  5. Popping and crackling sounds are normal and are just the sound of the air bubbles on the coil

How do I clean my vape?

Generally, you do not need to clean your vape. We do recommend that you wipe down the charge contacts every now and then to remove any dust and allow charging to be more efficient. We recommend using a dry cloth to clean your vape and its charging points.

Is the e-liquid harmful if I spill it?

It is best to avoid direct contact with the liquid where possible, if you do come into contact with the liquid please wash the area with clean water as soon as possible. It is ok to continue to use a pod if it has slightly leaked, just clean the area and continue vaping as normal.

How long does the battery last?

Generally a fully battery will last the duration of vaping a 0.7ml pod or one full day.

My device is not charging.. help!

It is important to ensure your vape is connected to the correct power source and secure connection is being made between the charging base and the device. The next step is to clean the charging points on your vape and the charging device with a dry cloth to remove any dust or dirt that may be interrupting the connection. If your device is still not charging contact us using the form below, our customer service team will endeavour to get back to you within 48 hours.

What does it mean if my pod vape is not making any vapour?

The first thing to check is if the LED is lighting when your draw in on the vape. Next ensure that the pod is firmly clicked into place and the battery is firmly positioned. if there is still no sign of vapour try clicking in another pod, if there is still no vapour please contact the Vapespot customer service team via the form below.
