From October 1st, 2021, all Australians wishing to personally import nicotine vaping products must hold a valid medical prescription prior to importing products from overseas suppliers.

How do I get a Prescription?

You can get your 12-month prescription application here. Vapespot is working with QuitRx, an authorised prescriber to provide you the most convenient way of applying a vaping prescription.

Alternatively, it’s always best to consult your GP to discuss your requirements. There are several Australian doctors who can help via traditional consultations and online consultations. ATHRA has created a list of Australian Doctors who may be able to assist.

What do I do once I have a Prescription?

If you haven’t done so already, you can upload a copy of your prescription directly to the Vapespot website. If you apply the prescription with Vapespot, it will be sent directly to us and saved under your account, so it will be attached to every order you make before its expiry date. Please note that you will not receive a copy of your prescription if you choose to apply it with Vapespot and it is only use for Personal Importation Scheme (PIS) purpose.

How do I upload my prescription to Vapespot?

  1. Log in or create a Vapespot customer account here.
  2. Once logged in, select “EDIT ACCOUNT”
  3. Fill in your details then select your prescription file to upload

*Please upload your prescription before placing an order.
