If your order is received before 11am NZST, it will be shipped same day. If an order is received after 11am NZST, it is typically shipped on the next business day. All orders are fully trackable. All orders are shipped using either DHL Express or New Zealand Post Express, depending on individual shipment specifications.

Orders to regional locations may take longer than 2-4 business as our carriers may need to rely on third party couriers for final delivery once goods have arrived at the nearest state depot.
We are not able to accept deliveries to PO Boxes or Postal Lockers.
All shipments are sent using DHL Express or NZ Post Express, depending on individual consignment specifications and all orders are shipped using the fastest service available with both carriers.

All Global locations will be calculated at the checkout. Please allow 5-10 business days for shipping outside the above locations.

When it comes to shipping costs, we have done our best to keep this as simple as possible too! Any order below $150 will attract a shipping charge, calculated at checkout depending on the destination. Any for any orders above $150 express shipping is free!
Order Fulfilment and Shipping Process
Most orders received before 11am New Zealand time are shipped the same working day and in almost all cases arrive within estimated delivery windows provided at time of dispatch. In very rare circumstances, there may be a delay of a day or two, should there be any processing delays through the courier service or customs.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and updates on the progress of your shipment, so you can track its progress through the delivery network.
Keep in mind however, we are not able to accept deliveries to PO Boxes or postal codes, your full residential or business address to complete your delivery.
